Mobile Alerts

VNA now offers a text message service that allows you to get important crime alerts and emergency notices sent directly to your cell phone. Find out ASAP when something happens in our neighborhood.

Add your mobile number to your VNA web site account
Sign into your account and click on "Mobile Settings".  If you don't already have an account, you can sign up now.

After entering your mobile number you will receive a text message with a confirmation code to enter into your web site account.  Please allow a few minutes for this code to be sent.  If you don't receive the confirmation code please contact webmaster@volkerkcmo.org.

Text messages are only sent to people who choose to subscribe to this service.  Messages are sent very sparingly when there is an important safety or emergency situation. If you are new to text messaging, be sure to check with your phone company about charges for receiving messages.
