4th District Budget Hearing

The city is holding hearings in all six council districts regarding the 2010-2011 city budget.  This is an opportunity for citizens to speak up for the things that they think ought to be funded.  The recession has caused severe budget cuts, so it's more important than ever for citizens to speak up for the things they want to see preserved in the budget.
