We'll welcome Captain Mark Hatcher, new commander of Central Patrol Division Watch 3, replacing Capt. Karen True who was reassigned to the Northland.  Eric Bunch, Education Director for BikeWalkKC, will give pointers about how cyclists can use KC ATA buses equipped with bike racks to create flexible transportation options.
